Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Our Easy Returns & Exchanges Process

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns process works:

Return Policy Basics

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless we made an error)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened food items (including all Food and Treats categories)
  • Personalized items (custom-engraved leashes or collars)
  • Vitamins & Supplements once opened

Step-by-Step Return Process
